Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in The Church Playbook Academy and/or The Front Office.

Because of all of the resources we provide inside of The Church Playbook Academy and/or The Front Office, we are unable to provide any refunds on any subscription or monthly membership continuity program.

We provide a trial membership with the opportunity to test-drive the membership. We make every effort to ensure that the coaching is a fit and will benefit you and your church.

We reserve the right to cancel any order or membership at any time if the company sees fit.

If you cancel your membership immediately after ordering the book and without logging into The Church Playbook Academy and/or The Front Office, we assume that you want your whole order cancelled, and therefore we will not only cancel your membership, but cancel your book order as well.

We cannot offer refunds on digital products. ALL DISCOUNTED PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Absolutely NO exceptions.

Any chargebacks will be met with legal action.
